Grilled Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 pre-made pizza dough
• 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
• 4 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
• 4 ounces goat cheese
• 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
• 10 slices salami
• Honey
• Red pepper flakes
• LAUVACS foil pan

Directions

Preheat grill on high heat.

Tear a square of  LAUVACS  Heavy Duty Foil and brush with olive oil. Roll pizza dough onto foil and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, goat cheese, red peppers and salami.

Pick up the edges of the LAUVACS Heavy Duty Foil and place directly on grill. Close grill and allow to cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges begin to char.

Remove from grill and transfer to a cutting board. Drizzle with honey and red pepper flakes before serving.
